The Ship is designed to be used in an Faction, rather then Singleplayer. While it is entirely possible to be used by one Person, it has extensive Crew Compartments and Multiple Controlstations for different Tasks.

1. Hangar Module
The Hangar takes up the most space within the Ship. It houses 8 Landing Pads with each one vertical and one horizontal Connector, so you are able to dock most Ships to it.
If you need to change it to an Topside Connector, there is always the Option for it.
The Hangar Features an Ship-Airlock System rather then an complete depressurization, as for one, work on docked Ships can proceed without endangering other Crewmembers and second, it would take quite some Time to depressurize the entire Thing...
Between the Two Hangar Bays with 4 Dockingports each are the Welding and Grindingpit located.
Both are large enough to Fly even relative large Smallgrid-Ships into them.
The Grindingpit is fittet with 2 Landinggears on Pistons to push anything that gets left in there into the Grinders.

2. Factory Module
Directly after the Hangar is the Factory located. It has 10 Basic Refinerys, 10 Standard Refinerys and 10 Assemblers to process every Chunk of Ore and Stone into useful Components.
It also houses the Ice processing Plant wich has 20 H2/O2 Generators to process Ice.

Another part of the Factory is the Ship Printer. with its 25 Projectors and an Welding-Arm Consisting of 20 Welders, it is capable to print Ships of Dimensions of up to 25x20x35 Small grid Blocks.
It is preloaded with 10 Industrial-Class I.S.L Small Grid printable Ships designed by Spite.
After printing, the Ships can directly access the Hangar without hassle trough the internal Passage.

Also located in the Factory is the Main-Storage Area wich houses the largest Part of Cargo containers and Gastanks.

3. Engineering
Despite its relative small Size compared to the other Modules, the Engineering Area houses 4 Reactorblocks with 3 Large Generators each.
To provide backup Power in Case of an Uranium Shortage it can activate up to 150 Hydrogen Engines.

4. Crew Compartment
A Ship that size needs a Crew and a Crew needs housing...
The Orca provides 14 individual Cabins for regular Crewmembers. Each Cabin has a streamlined Loadout for basic Comfort, as well as an personal Toilet.
Showers are provided in the common Area, as well as an Restroom, Lounge and Cafe.
In the upper Decks of the Crew Compartment is the Canteen with adjacent Kitchen and an Armory for Spare Equipment.
The lower Decks are reserved for the Medical Area and the Cryoarea wich holds 18 Cryo Chambers.

5. Control Module
The upper Deck of the Control Module consists of the 4 Multi-Room Cabins for the Captain, the Excavation Officer, the ORE Representant and an Guest Quarter, as well as an Officers Mess with Kitchen.
In the Middle Deck are the 3 Offices for the aforementioned Officers, an Meeting Room and the Mission Control Room.
Within the Mission Control are Stations for Refining and Assembly, Gas procession, Damage Control, Power Control and the Control Room for the Miningships.

6. Upper Decks
In the upper Decks is the Observatory, Docking Control and the Flight Bridge.

7. Lower Decks
The lower Decks essentially are the Thruster Compartment, Navigation Center with the Jump Drives and an small Control Room supervising the lateral Drop-Off Connectors for the Mining ships.

To not disrupt the overall Look, all Thrusters exept of 4 Lines of small Thrusters peeking out at the Back, are within an enclosed Thruster Compartment.
As the Ship is pretty heavy, the Thrusters need quite some Time to gain Speed.
If you even want your Capital Ships to behave like Fighters, i suggest to use an "Thruster Multiplier Mod" to increase the Amount of Thrust without placing more.
Same goes with the Gyros... i already placed 285 Gyros, but there is only so much, that can be handled by vanilla ones...

Additional Features of the Ship are an Frontal Connector on Pistons for docking on Stations or other Large Ships.
I also integrated one of the premade MaRmOS Turnkeys and reworked it to be used as Flexible Tether if you dont feel like docking with the Frontal Connector.
An small Landing Platform right behind the Bridge for an Escape-Shuttle or anything else is also there.

diex40 i will have a look at it. As of now, pretty much every Script is outdated and from other projects i know that some either didnt get updated at all, or they reworked how they recognized blocks to control.

as MARMOS is something i dont use on the regular (thank clang) i need to see what happened there. might take 1 to 2 days because of current work load...

so i cant seem to get the docking arm to work and iv tryed updating it to the new version but not good with script codes. any way to get the arm code updated?

@Spite Will do, but first i am gonna finish an Overhaul of the IMDC modular Station Parts a friend has requested. will keep me busy for a week or two. :p

Yeah its pretty big... didnt take the smallest Vessel of the Universe and wanted to get the "feeling" a bit. As of now, its pretty much outdated as i haven´t played for about 2 years.

Installed the game yesterday again and might update it with all the new blocks and scripts if there is any interest. The printer could use a workover too, had quite a few better designs after creating the ship... lol

Ah well, so you refer to the warnings the ship itself creates because of the "unsafe subgrids"? Can't do anything about it besides removing the arm, the printer and the grinding bay :D

The Subgrids are safe and do not invoke Clang tho... The only thing I recommend going easy with, is the arm...
It's a pretty complex and fragile construct composed of half a dozen subgrids, but it is to cool and valuable to transfer cargo flexible to leave it out (ship has no tether itself besides the front facing one)
