This mod gives base owners a respectful return on investment. The time it takes for thieves to break your base has been increased dramatically.

Based on the developers stock settings, this mod increases that time by a 60:1 ratio. Additionally, whatever tool they use will be completely ruined. This applies to walls, gates, and locks.

This mod was tested on version 1.0.2 and currently works on 1.06

I would suggest lowering tools used to break into bases (Axes, Hacksaw, Hatchet, SledgeHammer, etc) in your types.xml

1. Subscribe to LessDestruction.
2. Start DayZ, choose the DayZ Launcher, and click the Mods tab on your left. On the bottom of your Mods tick the box to the left of the LessDestruction mod. This should download the mod.
3. Go to Program Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\!Workshop, copy the @LessDestruction folder to your desktop or desired location.
4. Put the @LessDestruction folder into the root folder of your DayZ server.
5. Copy the Weyland.bikey into your keys folder of your server.
6. In your Server Startup Parameters add "-mod=@LessDestruction"

If you have multiple mods, make sure the inside of your text field looks like this...
Example: @SlowerZeds;@LessDestruction;@JoinDayZColony;

If you use a GSP like Fragnet ignore Step 6 and perform the following:

7. Go to your Commandline Manager\Custom Commandlines\Edit and where it says -mod just add @LessDestruction into that text field.

If you have multiple mods, make sure the inside of your text field looks like this...
Example: @SlowerZeds;@LessDestruction;@JoinDayZColony;
