Removes vanilla ideas, leaders, focuses, etc.

If you have a problem with the AI not moving their troops, try reloading your savefile. I don't know what causes that problem but it usually gets fixed after you reload your savefile.

Some Countries that got new National Focuses in the last two DLC's are using their own National Focus instead of the Generic Focus which they should use. I could spot this bug with following nations: Uruguay, Argentina, Iceland, Brazil (I assume that more Nordic and South American nations could be affected though). I hope you can fix that.
