My game seems to think it was missing modded blocks but I used the blueprint anyways (in a projector on top of one I salvaged in game) and there were some blocks missing, but they were vanilla armor blocks that were missing. Maybe an armor block mod was installed when the blueprint was made and did something weird.

Took it out with my miner lol, thought I was dead but managed to grind its butt with my miner. Quick thinking worked here. :)
