Is absolutism enabled on the start of the game a part of mod?

are ramparts supposed to show up with this mod? I have a couple of other mods running, and when i do not run Idea Variation Lite ramparts show up as a building, but with this mod enabled it just shows as an empty space in the building screen.

The dev point issue is fixed now, sorry about that. If you for some reason activated the system you might need to type "clr_flag setting_1" in the console, but that should probably not be necessary.

ok this mod changes the way militirization is accumulated so a fair warning topoeple that like the normal militirization mechanic it is far more drastic in it´s growth and loss of militirization at +2 and -1 respectivly

Is there a version that does not include the ruler's personality or special starting mechanics?

A mod where only ideas exist.
