1-Nov-2020 Change mod name from Alternate_Neptunia_Portraits to Alternate Neptunia and Anime Girls Portraits (Canceled version number)

Originally made for myself as alternate portrait for available Neptunia mods.
I end up add a lot of un-related characters. . .

• Non-randomize (will not be used by randomly generated ai empire, but can be forced spawn)
  
• *3.2.2* Now all classes have gender. User may choose female only during empire creation.
  
• Biological only
  
• Portrait modding available as soon as gene modding available
  
• Some portrait set has separate military/civilian portraits.
  
• Add portraits on my whim.
  
• "UI Overhaul Dynamic mod" is not mandatory but required to view full list.
  
• “Alter” species classes are available if you do not wish to use UI mod.
  
• 3 Advisor voices.
  
• Please try not to panic when mod version does not match game version. It's very minor to none issue. As far as I know anyway.
  
• Not R-18 but SOME IMAGES ARE VERY REVEALING.

• Gamindustrian: combination of Neptunia, Idolmaster, Symphogear, Girls und Panzer etc.
  
• No colony name, don't know what to add.
  
• For NSC user: Some ship classes share same class name list.
  Only this list updated to Overlord standard.
  
• Alter Gamindustrian: Same as above but change "last name" to be more hivemind/robotic. (I'm currently unwilling to update this list to Overlord standard. Too much work.)

*Re-arrange list to fit within “fixed” non-scrollable menu. No portrait set removed. Just moved “minor” sets downward.*
User may see only half list if not using UI mod.

2020-May-7: Due to unforeseen issue with game version 2.6.3. I’ve made “Alter Symphogear” as new specie class. The existing one is left untouched.

• For portrait set with separate military/civilian portraits, portrait tends to change when regular leader elected into ruler. I’m unable to fix this so far.
  
• Since game version 2.6.3 or earlier scroll function for portrait selection has been removed. I don’t know this is intentional or not.
  
• Sometime it is possible to force spawn, sometimes not. No idea why.
  
• War declaration notification between NPC does not play sound, I don't know is it cause by this mod or not.

• The name “Gamindustrian”: I took Neptunia’s world of Gamindustri as center stage where characters from other world also included. Well, that was an excuse for making unique species class name.
  
• Specie name Garpanzia: Word playing of “Girls und Panzer”.
  
• Intend to make more re-colored Neptunia’s CPUs, but I got bored.

You will find some part of my mod structure...a MESS! This is due to my in experience in modding.

- Somehow destroyer ship class names (including others?) is somewhat messed up.
