Description
Just a very minor alternate history mod. Adds Baron Roman von Ungern-Sternberg as the ruler of Mongolia.

Features:

+New portraits for Ungern-Sternberg, White Russians, Mongol Generals and Bogd Khan
+Removed Mongolia from the Comintern
+Added focus tree
+Added new events

@thanapatyangkaew Real life gets in the way. I am going to update it, however PDX changing how characters work, it's really slowing down how easy it is to update focuses.
