Sub-Zero Suit Material Fixes for Demo + Pyro (VTFs Only)

Please note that this does not include new models, it supports fixes for the new models, but it doesn't include the actual model.

To get the new models, please follow this guide

This is the material file only, it will install to your Workshop folder and will not replace the original materials unless you give the workshop folder higher priority in your gameinfo.txt

I have not tested the old materials (the ones for the pre-demo suit), so if those don't work, tell me!
