I made this in hopes of addressing a lot of requests I've seen on the Workshop for Spectre's old "pink hoola hoop" weapon. Unfortunately I can't get the same exact effect since the shader used to create the original isn't available (as far as I know), but hopefully some of the changes I made make up for that :)

Also added some screenshots from my Spectre set just for fun!
