I only had one minor issue where two of my squad wouldn't continue; at least the scout worked, and the two of us finished it.
This is so good, why keep it so short? 1-2h missions would be fucking exhilerating and awesome!
It would let you really get into "the bush" :-)
The savegame problem is an Arma3 problem: this happens to a lot of user-generated missions, especially in IFA3 CoOp missions; they won't get deleted, but when you exit the mission, sometimes a "continue" savegame wont be created and when you try to continue the mission you can only "play" it, meaning start from the beginning and this will make Arma3 delete the old saves.
-> easy fix: for those missions that that happens, just copy your last save and rename it to "continue" (in windows explorer in your mydocuments > arma3 folder.
And the mission ends because one men is KIA? Again and again? Because of two explosion by killed people before! That's horrible.
