Weapon Market System for Millennium Dawn: Modern Day Mod

Description
I found there is no any Weapon Trading System so I made it .

This mod let you trade with USA ,Russia ,China and NATO countries , and I add a credit rating system so you can
loan some political power point to buy weapons .

International warship Trading decisions is completed .

and I think it is compatible with other mods because it is just a simple mod.

You can keep using this with Classic Version , as for MD4 Version , I'm still working on it

paradox ate my files ,so the answer is no ,but if you just want to buy america weapon , that one is already done and downloadable.
