Splatoon OE - Agent 3 Gear + fixed Cape (Hero Mantle)

All Agent 3's gear (clothing, no weapons) ported to SFM, with BlueFlytrap's workflow. If the cubemaps on metal parts get too bright or too dark, tweak $envmapintensity value in _CH materials, via Override Materials. Glowing textures are colorable.
Also, have her cape (Hero Mantle) with finally fixed mesh and UVs!
