Description
UPDATED TO 1.11

The Free Division Editing mod eliminates the army experience cost for editing division templates, equipment variants, and ship classes.

No need to actually wage war in order to change the functions of your divisions, it's now free.

NOTE:
Man the Guns ship variant changes are free, yet equipment variants (for planes and the like) cost 1xp per upgrade due to how variants work.

Mod isn't working as of right now atleast with RT56. Costs 4EXP to add one unit of Infantry to a division

Because of the recent update and changed to the game, this mod doesn't work anymore. Please fix it immediately.

Aircraft Experience is way too cheap. 10 exp per level would be fine. There must be some distinction between countries that can field many aircrafts to design better ones. Same goes for the navy without the MTG.
