Opis
This will add several new factions created using CUP assets.
It's mainly config work but there is also a few unique textures.

Three african factions :
- GFD : regular army
- NPFD : guerilla forces
- Pirates

Two south-american factions :
- Ejercito : regular army
- Picaros : guerilla forces

Three Vietnam war factions :
- US forces
- Viet Cong
- Civilians

@mongchat : For one part I manually created them, for the other part, I used a tool I created myself to improve my workflow.

@Raptoid : Keys seem to work fine on my side. No idea sorry. I have no time to update the mod at the moment sorry.

I think maybe the mod content was updated without a key update, if you could ever get around to resigning the keys it would be much appreciated.

Does anyone have key problems on their server? I have both keys loaded from the folder to the server but it's still saying I don't have them.

do you know where i can find a ww2 or nam Assault Support Patrol Boat ,PBR 722, PBR MKII .something like that in a small boat mod pack ?
