Not bad, I'd say, for a Status-focused build. And Bow-lovers might prefer it over some of the other options.
You equip a Daikyu that has the "Amalgam Daikyu Target Acquired" mod installed. Then you (with a full rank "Amalgam Daikyu Target Acquired") have 3% Life Steal on Nikanas.
Luckily Nikanas are my favourite weapon type.

Problem with quick thinking is that, first Inaros has a small energy pool. Second, once you ready 1 health, adaptation no longer applies its +90% damage reduction. Another problem with Quick Thinking (on Inaros I mean not other warframes), is that if the lethal damage is too large it'll outright bypass quick thinking. In this case it is easy to do with Inaros' small energy pool.
It's best to take advantage of strengths. In this case it is health not energy pool.
