Description

Adds Emperor Caracalla of Rome.
Trait: Antonine Constitution
Conquered Cities benefit from the Local Happiness in the Capital. Courthouses grant +1 Citizen to the city on completion.

Unit: Citizen Cavalry
The unique Citizen Cavalry is Caracalla's replacement for the Horseman for Rome. Unlike the standard Horseman, this unit spawns automatically in the Capital as well as in each conquered city whenever a war breaks out, provided you aren't already at war. Additionally, the Citizen Cavalry begins with bonus Movement if beginning its turn garrisoned in a city. It can only spawn for as many Horses as are available, but the Citizen Cavalry can be useful for a quick defense. It is available at Mathematics instead of Horseback Riding.

Building: Thermae
A unique Garden replacement for Caracalla's Rome. In addition to boosting the generation of Great People, the Thermae grants bonus Food to the city after it grows based on its Local Happiness. This bonus also applies whenever Caracalla constructs a Courthouse. Unlike the Garden, the Thermae is unlocked earlier, at Engineering. Build Thermae to keep your cities growing.
Requires Brave New World. Don't bother asking for a Vanilla-/Gods and Kings-compatible version; if it doesn't exist already, there won't be one.

Citizen Cavalry appears from all cities, not just the capital and occupied cities. Otherwise, everything seems to work. It's an interesting civilization because its cities can grow boundlessly. The shared local happiness ability makes the civilization versatile. It can be played either tall or wide and can go for any victory condition.
The early war is interesting because each city you take increases the number of free Citizen Cavalry you get exponentially. You can muster an overwhelming force in the Classical Era and then use the Thermae to leapfrog cities to high population.

The Russian symbol indicates civs originally created by JFD, whilst the Condor was used to show that civs like Chile and Paraguay were originally the work of Leugi via Patria Grande

@snakas Judging from JFD's other mods, it looks like "Empires" get that emblem, whereas democracies get the American eagle. Or maybe JFD just thinks they look cool :steamhappy:

Amm... Just one question... Why is Russian Federation emblem on main logo?
