Then good for you! This guide might be able to help get rid of Bethesda's silly little racist bug! Just follow the steps below!

I was 14 when I made this guide and was quite unskilled at everything :3 Now I'm unskilled, gay, and can take out loans.

The Steps

This is what you do:

• Open up console using Tilde ( ` and ~ ) It is above Tab and next to 1
  
• Go into third person and orient the camera so you can see your character's face (Using the TFC command works as well! Just make sure you're in 3rd person.)
  
• Type in "showlooksmenu player 1", with no quotation marks, and press enter
  
• Change a feature of the face, like dragging the chin up/down.
  
• Voila! Should now be the skin color you chose at the beginning of the game, or the last time you changed your face.
  
  IF THIS DOES NOT HELP, IT IS LIKELY CAUSED BY A SKIN TEXTURE MOD OR THE HIGH RES TEXTURE DLC (Please delete that thing, it is NOT worth the storage space!)

you know it's funny after all the hours i put into the game and all the mods i have, i never had this brown face problem until today. but the solution worked.

The Rusty Face Fix mod fixes this. It happens when you load from a save, and can happen again. So I just put this mod in my load order.

Quick warning to the wize if you use the NCR Ranger armor and try the setrace command it can make your armor bug out and almost crash the game but if it doesnt it can be fixed by taking it off and putting it back on.
