RPG Overhaul - Infiltrator Specialization

Description
This mod adds 7 previously unavailable perks from Musashi's Infiltrator class and Long War 2 to Musashi's RPG Overhaul.

If you have played with the Infiltrator class before, you will notice that many perks are missing in this mod. This is because these perks are already available in RPG Overhaul and its plugin mods.

Ghostwalker received a significant buff to make it a worthwhile pick and a viable alternative to bringing a reaper on every mission.

Specialization:

Rank
Perk
Description
Corporal
Ghostwalker
Activate this ability to reduce enemy detection range against you by almost 50% for the rest of your turn as well as the following turn. 3 turn cooldown.
Sergeant

Gain bonus dodge for each enemy you can see, up to a specified maximum.
Lieutenant
Whirlwind
If you hit with a melee attack during your turn, gain a bonus move.
Captain
Art Of War
Gain 3 aim for each enemy you can see, up to a maximum of 15 aim.
Major
Fleche
Attack any enemy within movement range with your sword. Deals more damage for every tile between your starting position and the target.
Colonel
Raise The Stakes
Reload your primary weapon for free whenever you make a kill.
Brigadier
Coup de Grace
Bonus to hit, damage, and critical chance with a melee weapon against a disoriented, stunned or panicking enemy.

Thanks and Credits:
Musashi for making the incredible RPG Overhaul and for giving me permission to use his Infiltrator class to make this plugin.
Pavonis Interactive for making Long War 2 and all the perks that came with it.
Favid for porting the LW2 Perk Pack for WOTC.

@Krakenous - it's the stealthiest class icon
Krakenous Jun 8, 2022 @ 2:20pm
Tiny issue, but yeah, there is still no class icon in the commander's choice screen, it seems to be the only one of about 50 others that just displays a blank box lol. Not sure why, had a look at the icons directly can't see an issue.

Hey man, might be on my end but from what it seems that Fleche does not work or rather, does not even show up as an ability when used with a primary sword.

There's no class icon in the commander's choice screen - any ideas?

Thanks so much, bstar. Appreciate you explaining all the stuff to a derp! :P

Yes, it's safe to ignore them. The dependency feature is quite basic and doesn't know about this exception.

Hi @bstar

I saw that, but then the AML still throws dependency errors for those mods, so I assumed that I'd misunderstood. Is it safe to ignore those warnings then?

Again, much thanks!

Hi @TheCombatWombat

From RPGO's description:

DEACTIVATE THE FOLLOWING MODS SINCE THEY ARE ALREADY INTEGRATED IN THIS MOD

[WOTC] Detailed Soldier Lists
[WOTC] New Promotion Screen by Default
View Locked Skills - Wotc

I know it's a bit counter-intuitive.

Hi @bstar. First off - super thanks for all the mods and stuff. It makes such a difference to replay!

Second, currently experiencing the following bug: This mod (RPG Overhaul - Infil Spec) requires the mod WotC Infiltrator (by Musashi). That one requires the mod [WOTC] New Promotion Screen By Default. But when I load in [WOTC] New Promotion Screen By Default, then the base mod Musashi's RPG Overhaul gives me an incompatability error ingame that says I need to remove New Promotion Screen mod (as well as Detailed Soldier Lists WOTC) otherwise the XCOM2RPGOverhaul will not work correctly.

What gives? Or am I just being a big, dumb, dummy? :P

Thanks in advance! :)

I'm not sure if this is from your end but for some reason when my Infiltrators are promoted they gain 0 Soldier AP. Instead I can choose 1 new skill from the new rank I've gained for 0 points.
