Simple War Exhaustion

Description
DESCRIPTION
Adds a simple war exhaustion mechanic that decreases War Support then Stability while at war. This adds urgency fighting an offensive war adding difficulty and balances axis/world conquest games.


Notes:

For balance this only affects countries in an offensive war.
Japan is not affected for the obvious reason that it is at war for 90% of the game, by 1941 it would have barely any war support.

If you notice a country does not receive the War Exhaustion spirit check their war support for the debuffs. Sometimes the spirit will not show up for a short period otherwise they have not received the effects yet and may in another month or two.

How it works:

Once a country enters an offensive war within a period of 3 months the war exhaustion national spirit will appear and the country will lose War Support weekly.
If war support goes below 40 War Exhaustion will become critical and Stability will drop weekly as well.

Hi Dr. Shlomo. I absolutely agree with everything you've said and I would highly recommend you check out the mod: Make Peace, Not War. Its got pretty much everything you've mentioned, aside from the war exhaustion aspect.

Regarding this mods support I stopped looking to update it after another similar mod popped up which did a better job than mine. However, since that one has disappeared (as far as I know) I'm willing to update this to an extent and make it actually work on the latest patches, if anyone has any stability issues.

Please please please please make something happen when war exhaustion happens! Maybe you can make it so that you enter into a peace conference, but you can only take the states you currently control and you can only use the victory points you control, meaning that you can't just pass ad infinitum and annex everything. Hoi4 desperately needs to rework how wars work, which is crucial since it's a war game.
