The Attlee Disagreement

Description
This is a small mod that adds a new event after the Munich Agreement, which gives an option to replace the leader of Britain with Clement Attlee, who historically was critical of the Munich Agreement. I may expand this further by updating other events to reflect the change of Attlee in power.

If you want to use this event in your own mods, you are more than welcome to! The event id I have used is britain.00024, it is commented in the Britain event file. A flag is also added after the Munich Agreement, which allows this to trigger.

One little question: does Attlee as PM get access to a different pro-dem political advisor to replace himself? Would Bevan fit the bill do you think?

Pretty much everyone wanted to punish Germany for what it did, and Attlee wasn't responsible for Yalta (the far worse thing being selling Eastern Europe to Stalin there). He wasn't even PM until the post war elections which were after everything had realistically been settled.

This man is responsable that Germany lost all of its eastern territory.
