Slower Difficulty Scaling

Description
This Mod affects AI bonus on King difficulty and higher. It aims to slow the gap between difficulties, especially between Prince and King. It allows you to keep your playstyle as you play against slightly more competitive leaders than Prince, but not as frustrating as they usually could be in the original King difficulty.

Here are the detailed changes of the mod :

- This Mod affects King, Emperor, Immortal and Deity difficulties. It won't change anything on Prince and lower difficulties.
- The resource bonus productions of AI are cut in half in affected difficulties (for example, the +20% original bonus in production in King become +10%).
- No more extra starting units for AI, and for any starting era, AI will get the same as the player. This should somewhat prevent early city-state aggression.
- Combat bonus are untouched, AI will still get +1 combat bonus in King, +2 in Emperor, and so on. (They also keep their XP bonus).

I hope this mod will help you to find your ideal difficulty. Have fun :)

Does this mod work in multiplayer? :) My friends and I were looking for something like that but nothing meet our expectation, and this look really great :) However, some of the mod that we did test didn't work in the multiplayer game as they keep desynchronizing.

I should work fine, we are redundant on starting units, but that won't cause any issue.
