Baby manager - Claims, Stops Wander, Culls and Lines up dinos with configurable options. Incubates eggs in range, Picks up eggs in range over 1% incubation and incubates to 1%

-Converter - converts Crystal Wyverns, X-Argies and X-Tapejara to versions that allow speed levels
On restarts beehives and beaver dams are destroyed to force new ones to spawn
Wyvern Eggs are destroyed every 6 restarts to reduce chance off finding wild eggs that have spoiled
Male dinos are set to stop wandering and mating on restart to combat runaway breeding of dinos, exceptions for oviraptors and neutered dinos (disabled by default ini option, can also run periodically if configured)
Admin star can be turned off by default in ini (if using allowed cheater list, does not affect when you use password but will if you do and then die/respawn)
This Mod is designed around my servers and gameplay but can be used on any server (or SP)

DBOS - If this is true (1) on every server startup all Tamed male dinos will be set to not wandering/mating(including Unclaimed). All baby dinos will be set to not wandering/mating (including Unclaimed)

DBOSTimer, if an integer value over 0 is entered here the logic for the Disable breeding will run every number of seconds stated, eg for 8 hour intervals enter 28800, this function is resource heavy and should not be set to run too often

AdminIconOff - If this is true (1) when an admin spawns their admin star will be disabled
