More Diplomatic Outcomes - Arms Deliveries, Research Agreements and more

Description
Adds new diplomatic results for more variety in politics. From trade deals to arms shipments to research treaties. Works with the latest patch. Further results will be added in the future.

What exactly does this mod do?
I have added some new diplomatic results that may occur when one of your party members is sent on a diplomatic mission to another faction. See the table above for more information. All effects take four rounds, like the standard effects.

The results depend on the faction with which diplomatic relations are established. Barbarian cultures can offer other diplomatic bonuses than Eastern, Roman, or Hellenic cultures. For example, if you want the best hulls early on, make sure you build friendly relationships with a Hellenic faction. This encourages you to maintain good relationships with other factions and cultures. (To gain power and eventually wipe it out, of course)

Compatibility
This mod is savegame-compatible and works with all DLC Expansion Packs. Also compatible with DeI and all other mods, since I have not seen any other mod ever changing this specific table.

I've been looking for a mod that heavily alters the betrayal rate a diplomat would do when doing diplomacy with another faction.

@Blaxxmaxx As DeI is such a big mod, it might also change this table by now, I don't know. Keep in mind though, that the success of these diplomatic missions is influenced by your relations to the target as well as the gravitas of the character you send out. 20- gravitas characters sent to almost enemies will almost always fail their missions. Also, what kind of peace treaty? There is no outcome of this name in my mod.

I'm sorry, but I have to confirm that by installing this mod ALL the diplomatic results that have occurred to me are negative. ALL. With my culture, with civilizations with which I have good or moderate relations, sending diplomats with positive characteristics. Always bad. Above all, the peace treaty is repeated, which in retrospect is stupid.

I base myself on undeniable empirical data. Maybe it's some kind of conflict with another MOD, I use DEI with several of its submods. But it cannot be denied as has been done before.

@Gormash: My mod doesn't influence the chances at all, as they are hardcoded into the game. My mod only increases the diversity of possible outcomes, be they negative or positive. The chance for a positive or negative outcome remains the same as in vanilla, and I have no way of changing it. Imagine it like throwing a coin, the possibility for head or tails stays 50%, but there are more possibilities for what happens after you threw head.

looks nice but I am getting even more negative outcomes about 50% even from friendly nations with same culture that feels stupid. I am playing on very hard tho... had to remove it
