Description
Hello and welcome to my second mod. I hope you enjoy.

When I bought the death or dishonour dlc, I first went to play as Romania. When I looked at the Balkan Dominance path,
I thought it missed something, an opportunity. I think that something was a cosmetic tag. And this is what this mod is
offering.
In this mod, after you puppet or conquer the Balkans, you are now able to create The Romanian Empire. By completing this
focus, you get a new cosmetic tag plus cores on all the lands you've conquered (except Anatolia). Sadly, in order to
complete the focus, you must be Non-Aligned.

Features:
- A new focus
- A new cosmetic tag
- Cores on all the balkans+slovakia

To do list:
- events
- portraits for the new Emperors Carol and Michael
- expand the focus a little more

Girl: dead
*Tonight at midnight tito will restore yugoslavia
*yugoslavia will be restored at 1-4pm
*Tomorrow the nazis will collapse!!
*Get ready for the shock of your life!
