Omschrijving
Battle for Scandinavia has been remastered for new HD edition of Age of Empires 2.

4 Players face of against each other as the Danes, Swedes, Geats, and Norse, on the Scandinavian peninsula. Food on land is scarce, so players will have to turn to the oceans, or be forced to scavenge further north.

Will you unite the Viking tribes of Scandinavia; or crush them under your boot, and name yourself ruler of the North?

Warning: This is not historically accurate.

When including Finland in Scandinavia, the correct term is Fenno-Scandinavia, but this term does not include Denmark. Preferably you'd say Nordic countries, which includes all of Scandinavia, and Finland, Greenland, Iceland, and various islands in the area with Nordic ties, such as Svalbard, and Faroe Islands.

tl;dr finlan cannot into scandinavia.

Finland is not in Scandinavia. I live in Norway (In Scandinavia) and i know that Finland is not in Scandinavia. Only Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

@Boomer & @Likeaglove: To make things just a tiny bit more interesting; only the northern parts of Finland belong to the Scandinavian peninsula. The area you are referring to - which includes the Finland and small parts of western Russia - is called Fennoscandia (or the Nordics)... But no offense is aimed at anyone - I am fine with the name, it suits this mod perfectly since it actually features a battle between Scandinavian tribes/countries.

this map is awesome but i don't see why there are so few places you may build docks? and there's quite few animals to. and that faction between Denmark and Sweden was kinda close to Denmark so i delited it completely and made more factions like Russians, Goths, Finns and polaks, i also made Denmark start with some extra resources since they got so little land to build and farm on, but the geography is quite accurate, i love it;)
