Virus - is the fourth entry of the dark pact collection.

This time the artwork is based on rat creatures, embodying the entire characteristic of - Virus.
The illustration shows a radioactive forest environment with a rat horde, suffering and turning mad from the mutation.

Mutated and infected rats... Who knows what kind of radioactive diseases they carry...

The design is using realistic materials and based on the modernized gun parts, painted with a custom paint illustration that was designed specifically for an AWP shape.

I was more than happy to contribute to this project, seeing as drawing undead crawlers is one of my favorite subjects. Snarling, dripping and screeching, is all you need for some good monster designs. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience at designing for a weapon skin!

I had a very big passion to work with Remarin.
The artist that used to teach me a lot. Her artwork inspires me and made an imprint on my artistic perception.

The main idea for me was to show that the AWP gun is like a virus - deadly and very dangerous, sometime unseen... in this case - the player is the one who spreads the virus.
I picked rats as the animal for the illustration since they are very fitting creatures to show such a vibe.
