Roadside Motel Wing (RICO)

Some extra space for your CIMs who just don't want to be bothered for a few days.

This is a wing addition for the Roadside Motel asset. They're positioned in 3D space the same spot so they'll go together quite nicely. 8x3 footprint.

Both assets share textures. If you use the Loading Screen Mod, you'll save a small bit of RAM having both.

Asset Stats
Main Model: 1686 tris
LoD mode: 58 tris.

Textures: 1024 and 128 - All maps accounted for, including some colour variations.

Props and decoration: Just lights and an entry point. No DLCs or asset dependencies required. RICO isn't required either - the asset will show up as a level 1 unique building costing 5000, with watered down stats from the Statue of Shopping.

The images are pretty self-explanatory. Use your imagination to create the crappy roadside motel you've always dreamed of. :D

If you want this and the other one in 2k, get it here[drive.google.com]. The .crp files are the base asset - and the .zip files include base asset and the RICO definition. You'd unzip that and put that folder in your local assets folder. I don't plan on releasing the 2k files on Steam - but if you want to, feel free. Source files are there too. One texture set for both.

The model here was created from the geometry of other motel asset. Let me know if you see any texture abnormalities.

Sorry about that last screenshot showing the LoD and the Main mesh. That looks like me not paying attention in Photoshop
