Donovan "Razor" Ruddock was one of the most fearsome fighters of the 1990s. His vicious lead hand uppercut nicknamed "The Smash" and a rock solid chin gave him a fighting chance against even the best of his foes.

Ruddock won the Canadian Heavyweight title in 1988, and earned impressive wins over Bonecrusher Smith and Michael Dokes before the two fights that defined his career. In 1991, Razor Ruddock faced off against Mike Tyson in an absolute war, both boxers knocking each other down before what was considered an early stoppage in the seventh round put an end to Ruddock's night. Later in the same year, the two would fight again, and again Tyson would win, this time by decision, but again Ruddock's power and toughness were not in question.

Ruddock would go on to gain a strong win over Greg Page before losing to Lennox Lewis and Tommy Morrison.
