[WotC] A Better Advent: Enemy Reskinner

Description
UPDATE 13/05/2018: Added chryssalids to the reskinning options! Also fixed a couple of issues with the default settings.

Ever wanted to make the Muton Prime look like Muton Elite from LW2? Now you can.

A Better Advent: Enemy Reskinner is a mod for A Better Advent by DerBK. It allows you to choose the appearance for each enemy variant from a pool drawn from vanilla WotC, the DLCs, A Better Advent and Long War 2.

The changes are entirely cosmetic: it won't affect the ABA unit stats or behaviour in any way.

This mod is fully configurable by .ini. You'll find it in steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1343097299 and it has full instructions on how to set the skins you want.

- DEFAULTS -
If you make no changes to the .ini file here's what you get:

- Muton Pyros get red armor and protective helmets. Muton Primes get the best gear ADVENT has: a full suit of silver and blue battle armour.
- Most Archons are now silver, with the golden regalia reserved for the Archon Prime.
- When ADVENT presses its old Sectopods back into service they're worn down and beaten up from over a decade of disuse. When the new Sectopod Primes roll off the production line they're sporting the vanilla red and black skin.
- The Sectoid Puppeteer now uses the Sectoid Commander skin. It needs all the psionic energy in that enlarged cranium to maintain its zombie horde.
- Several enemies keep their original sizes on upgrading to Primes.
- The Mamba and Wyvern now use the Naja and Sidewinder ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ing up the Viper Elite skin for the Viper Prime.
- Specialist ADVENT Trooper variants wear standard black ADVENT armour. A few variants get red markings because they don't stand out otherwise but otherwise only gear and names visually separate them.

Pavonis Interactive: This mod uses models from the Long War Alien Pack. Thank you again to the Pavonis team for giving permission for their assets to be noncommerically reused in other mods given appropriate credit.

Another reskin mod which changes almost all enemies was deleted?

It doesn't override ABA enemies no, but since this version of the mod has a different system I believe from Enemy Reskinner it might interact oddly?

Sounds like in theory it wouldn't overlap, since the 2022 version of deadput's mod doesn't include ABA enemies anymore.

They won't crash together, but Deadput's mod will override this one if and when they try to modify the same unit.

No. It specifically reskins the ABA enemies.

Reskinners as in they are so hard .They will skin you alive.
