3. HOW AND WHEN IT HAPPENED, AND HOW CAN I REPRODUCE

AND SEARCH BEFORE COMMENT. THEREFORE, YOUR “CTRL+Q DOESNT WORK HELP?” WILL NEVER GET ANY REPLIES.
