More Galaxy Sizes (no cluster start)

Description
This mod adds the "no clustered start" mod behavior to my own mod "More galaxy Sizes" .

Do not start this with the more galaxy sizes mod because i modified the original files of the mod.

I haven't tested this much, but with the minimal changes I did this should be no problem.

At the moment i don't have time left to look into it, but my schedule will clear up in 2-3 weeks. Then i will try fixing the problem.

in ./map/setup_scenarios values for
"cluster_radius"
"cluster_distance_from_core"
are incorrect. cluster_radius should be 0.8*radius (with a radius of 500 cluster_radius should be 400) and cluster_distance_from_core should be 0 (at least those are the values No Clustered Starts uses). hope this helps!

MY game kept crashing on clicking on systems. and i found a comment that it's because its got something to do with the number of system names. So i got Just Star Names (Continued) and made a new game and IT STOPPED the crashing clicking on systems.

Game freezes at a high end PC system (RX 6900XT and 5950X), even at extreme size. Especially when I am going to change game speed, it takes one minute to come back from not responding. And then, when I am moving my camera, it gets to not responding state once again, without coming back for a more time.

I have mods installed, however it should not present this behaviour

Edit: found the issue

a) Mod author forgot to include map/galaxy/base.txt with the values from 'no clustered starts' mod
b) Cluster values in galaxy sizes are too small. Changed them up to near galaxy size and set min size to 0.

Voila. Works :)

Same Issue. 20 AI's on 1250 stars map. Except for three all clustered around the Player Empire.
