A more accurate provinces (states) map for Chinese reigon.

Based on Natt's map in Eight Years' Resistance Project.

Love your mod! I understand this mod would not be compatible with any mods that modify map data, but I still want to ask, is it possible that you make this mod compatible to RT56? RT56 still uses vanilla China map, which bothers me so much. Both mods are incredible and it would be nice to play both at the same time.
