This mod is focus on the multiplayer, this delete all penalty on research (Except the ones of Mr A. EINSTEIN), this allow you to ask to one player to focus one branch of the tech tree and to rent licence(s) to other players, for example.

You can find a V2, more universal (Compatible with other mods), but this one doesnt care about Mr Einstein :

As written, this version is not maintain anymore.

The v2 is universal and doesnt ask for any update (At least, it's the plan).

Indeed, a new update added things,I dont have a lot of time to work on it. If someone want to take the relay, they will be welcome.

This mod, for some reason, had completely erased the 'Mobile Infantry' section of the tech tree.

For my Canada playthrough at least. The missing tech came back after I turned this mod off.
