Changes the portraits of Austrian army leaders to versions without Nazi symbols and blue uniforms.

I pretty much just recoloured the uniforms, so nothing top-notch here.

Please note: the files this mod replaces are used only by the Kaiserreich mod, so it won't work with the base game.

Could someone do this for vanilla it's what we all want also if someone could put this and the German imperial Portraits for vanilla together into some pack that adds these generals to Germany in the annexation of Austria that would be appreciated.
