Tony Clifton is a famous lounge singer from Los Angeles, California who is most certainly not a character created and portrayed by Andy Kaufman to mess with people and defy their expectations. He's often rude and abrasive for no readily apparent reason, even towards whoever is paying him that night. Includes full moveset and custom AI plus three alternate attires - his look from recent appearances, his appearance from Andy Kaufman's Midnight Special, and his outfit from his appearance on The Fantastic Miss Piggy Show - and it should be noted that at no point during any of these appearances was he portrayed by Andy Kaufman, Bob Zmuda, Jim Carrey, or anyone else, nor has he ever been, because he's not a made-up person.
