medusa need rapier on late, is very easy kill and need more damage

You are definetly missing rapier(s) in this guide. Dusa is the only viable rapier hero alongside with ember. Its definetly legit as 4th or 5th item for her. Smh you also miss Mjolnir, which i dont get since TB is pretty much the winner of this meta. The lightning shield is incredibly strong on her, cause she will always be the target to get the focus and the chain lightning gives incredibly good lane pushing abilities. Other then that, i think pt is super bad on this hero, since she lacks mobility a lot and phase speeds her up a little at least

Linken's reall should be in the situational items tab because its not that good really if there is no one to have against.

A very good item for Medusa is also Mjollnir. I absolutely hate items like Skadi on her, as it only works on the primary target, not on the whole enemy team. Mjollnir is an exceütion to this as the chain lightning hits all targets. The active ability also is great if you are not yet able to make the entire enemy team run from you and because of Meudsa´s tankyness she can make very good use of it.
