why power treads? for ASpd and gain HP (if turn to STR) to all Meepos

What hero is he good with (laning-wise)?

Pleshka, he does mention travels as an extension item, and I feel treads help your meepos get the stats that they need to survive in the mid game, and travels aren't that good in the early-mid game anyways to be honest as they give no survivability.

I think you should add Sheepstick to the extension section.

Probably should have something like a Vlad's there somewhere, it really helps with survivability. Mek is a viable option on Meepo, but if you're playing the carry, just forget it. If you can use your Earthbind well, you won't have too much need for a blink, except if you snowball out of control and everybody just runs at the sight of you. Travels really shouldn't be in extension items, they really help with pushing every lane at the same time or getting a specific Meepo back to base quickly. You also will need more branches for the extra mana and HP they provide, I like starting off with 1 tango, a ring of protection and 3 branches. AC or Heart should also be core, since you will need one of them in one point or another, AC if they have lots of physical damage and Heart if they have a lot of magical damage.
