considering how weak her ult is without proper item, I really think that you look up the probability of only taking one point of ult and maximizing other skills first. Most of the time I don't see the increased illu duration nor the reduced cd on her that good of an impact compared to desolate/dispersion

In my honest opinion, I never liked how reliant Spectre is on Radiance. It's so hard to save up for and you can barely farm without it. It's like making cookies for your milk - it takes forever and it usually tastes great when all is said and done.

I'm currently trying to make a build that can work around that one weakness, and so far Maelstrom and Mjolnir have proven to be suitable candidates! :)
