I think it's crazy to take arcane boots over phase. Lina is so fragile, you need something to help escape ganks.

I think Lina is a MUCH better carry than support.

Has anyone else tried this? I find Lina to be terrible without 1 early point in Fiery Soul. Her base movement and attack speed are SOOO slow, I really think she needs this to be effective in the early game.
