My 2017 December - 2018 January Civilian Release Props are here

Information

This contains props of my civilian vehicles released in December 2017 - January 2018. All future Civilian vehicle props will follow a similar pattern, with the props being released a week before my last civilian release of the month.

Colorings of vehicles may be slightly different since it is impossible to replicate exact colors outside of white and black in the asset editor.

Props are located in the COMMON Category. Use the More Beautification Mod to place in game and the Prop And Tree Anarchy Mod to place anywhere. Anarchy should be always on if you don't want to lose your props after you save.

If you want individual props, go to your SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\255710 and find the folder with the corresponding Steam ID (1280566170) and delete the ones you don't want from the directory.

Use BOTH the Move It Mod and Prop Snapping Mod with the option "Allow Prop to Submerge" enabled to move it to road height!

Use the Find It mod, to help find my props. They have additional keywords now.

Vehicles versions of the props included in this pack:

2010 Chevrolet Tahoe
2010 Chevrolet Suburban
2016 Ford Fusion or Mondeo
2018 Chevrolet Camaro
2017 Volkswagen Golf
2017 Ford Transit

The bus version of the 2017 Transit doesn't have it's own prop since it's the same as the civilian vehicle.

To be honest, they are the same as most other vehicles in terms of filesize... simply because of the shading required. I use all my vehicles without issue by expanding my page file to allow my computer to handle more assets. This way I can use 6000 assets and 100 mods on 16GB ram

Your cars are so beautiful. All of them without an exception. But they eat memory and thats why i can not use them :steamsad: I use sometimes 1 or 2

@AmusingAudi, if you use Traffic Manager President Edition and you enable Advanced Parking, then the game lags a VERY significant amount if you have a lot of cars. That is because it increases the numbers of computation a Cim needs to do to get to a "real parking spot" then take the transit or walk to its destination.

If you have a lower end rig, then yes, a lot of cars will lag your game. This is because most custom vehicles are a bit higher in quality than the in game vehicles (in terms of all the shading, which requires a larger texture map). However my game is fine even around 100000 people, and I use 6000+ assets and 100+ mods.

If I used half the amount of assets I have been able to get to 200000 population, which was basically a whole map of grids.

I have a question. Does having a lot of cars lag the game?
