Bs CONDO HI-RISE NO-RICO 03 by HGscMENTOR

Level 5 Highrise Residential Condo Building with:
25 households if not RICO'd
45 households if RICO'd (probably - I set it to that in-game on my computer; don't know if it carries to a subscribers computer)

Created for my No-RICO gamesave but everyone is welcome to use it any way they like.

January 29, 2018 UPDATE: I just replaced all the seating (which were admittedly prettier) with Vanilla seating. This was done because I want the Cims to be drawn to the seatingand actually sit down on them, and after watching closely for 4 days, and not seeing any Cim sit in any seating arrangement except the Vanillas, I finally caved and switched them out. Now the Cims should not only gather around in the spaces around the highrise - they should also sit down and relax there.
