Catbarf's Byzantine Buildings V2

Beschreibung
This is the new version of my Byzantine mod. Close to complete.

What is missing:
> Castle Age:
- Dock
- Fortified Walls (partially complete)

IMPORTANT INFO 1
Special thanks go to Lord Good, who's excellent Italian castle (availabble on the Workshop) was used with permission as the basis for my Byzantine castle. Hopefully it goes without saying, but do not use this mod or any of its components in your own uploads without contacting me for permission.

IMPORTANT INFO 2
This mod replaces ALL middle east/ME building sets, due to the current limitations in the graphics file indientifiers for HD. If you want this to change, please contact the devs (the more who do the more likely it will happen) to tell them we want unique architecture SLPs for more civilisations in future patches. That way, mods like this can become multiplayer compatible. Hit the forums and let them know this change is important to the community!

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
I can give no estimate on the timeframe of completion for the remaining buildings, except to say that it is likely to be glacially slow, and is entirely dependant on whether I have time/feel like modding or not on a given weekend.

If you are interested in tracking progress, you can refer to this forum thread about the mod:

Trade workshop: A number of people have asked if I will be making a trade workshop. The answer on that is no. I am a pure MP player, and I wont put time into making a graphic that I will never see ingame myself.

This will be made available on Wololo Kingdoms for those who spend some time on voobly

So? Is there any chance someone ports this to De in the near future?

There are suggestions online to port this to DE (with some changes and upscaling) and use it for the Byzantines, Bulgarians, and two new civs, the Georgians and Armenians. I think that's a good idea if making an entirely new set is not feasible (which it not only is, but is also preferred in my opinion).

AbeJin created a Castle Age version of the Byzantine dock which is really fitting in my opinion.

You can check it out here:

Im sorry, appreciate you enjoy the set which is great! - but I myself only play DE now, and less of that than I would like to due to real life commitments. It wont be happening :/

For people looking for an IA version (replacing Byzantines only, needs Independent Architecture dataset to work), it has been post here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1275323988 .

R.I.P. to this mod. That is all what I can say about it.

@Balam Ajaw Given how another guy made a trade workshop for his Italian building set and he was cool with it, I don't see anything wrong with doing that, especially given what he said above about not making one of his own. I say go for it.

Hello Catbarf, can I make a Trade Workshop for this set?
