Bs Tropical Waters Home 14-L5 by HGscMENTOR ** USE THIS INSTEAD OF Bs TROPICAL WATERS HOME 14 ** because this one is set at Level 5 (hence, the -L5 in it's name) so it won't "morph" into another house you don't want. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I place a specific house in a specific spot to create a specific type of neighborhood, I want it to STAY there, not turn into some ugly pop-art industrial piece of ..... weeeellllll, you get my drift.

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO ALL THE REQUIRED ITEMS as without them this asset is just a shack in the middle of a large patch of grass.

Just created this for my Islands City but you are all welcome to use it if you like. 

This is Kurtus_mob's Tropical Shack 1, but with a big yard around it that he has kindly given me permission to create for one of my Tropical Waters Homes. The shack is all his creation …. I'm just the landscape contractor. Thanks for being so sweet and letting me "play" with your creations. Soooo much appreciated, Kurtus.
