Bs Tropical Waters Home 13-L5 by HGscMENTOR ** USE THIS INSTEAD OF Bs TROPICAL WATERS HOME 13 ** because this one is set at Level 5 (hence, the -L5 in it's name) so it won't "morph" into another house you don't want. I don't know about the rest of you, but when I place a specific house in a specific spot to create a specific type of neighborhood, I want it to STAY there, not turn into some ugly pop-art industrial piece of ..... weeeellllll, you get my drift.

This is Kliekie's beautiful Hamilton home surrounded by the tropically landscaped yard she gave me permission to edit it with. Kliekie made this home – I'm just the landscaping contractor. My heartfelt thanks goes out to her for that as her homes are some of the most beautiful homes I've seen on Workshop. As well as creating homes that are extremely well detailed, she tends to place nice large porches on most of them -- and in my opinion, any home without a nice covered and deep porch all the way around is still sitting there waiting for the contractors to finish it. Kudos to you, Kleikie - and thanks again.

And, of course, it goes without saying that I am in mental debt to all those wonderful modders who created the plants and pavings found in the landscaping of this home.
