For anyone who is looking, I do not consider this depreciated at all. A - it still works and B - you have the option to add trees with the network skins mod. The V2 of this road has no tree option just the grass strip. I use this road extensively in my cities because I like the parking + the trees.

@jetmatas you can use BIG suburbs pack, houses come with decals that covers up the grass

How do you make it so that there's no curb to the entrance to their driveways to their garages??

Very nice. Every type of road should have those curb cuts, also in correspondence with the buildings. Vehicles climbing the sidewalks to access buildings are one of the worst thing in the game. Thank you.
