I never played the game, and I doubt I will, but ladies and gents, do I love this character.
I rigged the face myself (no flexes, just bones) and added bones for the loincloth and one for that cute little hair thingy.
There are now bodygroups for everything that might need bodygrouping.
I ran the texture file through waifu2x and did some adjustments myself, mostly around the eyes, should be nice and sharp now :3

Update 2.0
-eye posing
-jiggle bones for all cloth objects and the hair thing
-lighting fixes

I added blossom_static.mdl with all the now-jiggleboned parts, in case you only want to disable some of them

I imagine there are people who would like to improve on this model, or port it further, so I'm leaving the .fbx and .max files on my dropbox here:
