i found a minor issue with your mod:
in the meta.cpp is the value of publishedId set to 0 . Instead it should be 1249483448 (the steam workshop id).
This is also accroding to BI documentation [community.bistudio.com] necessary to load the mod via the launcher.
i would appreciate it, it helps us with a server management tool for dedicated servers.
This mod must be run on both the client and server
