There just wasn't a clear sign of "you need to solve a puzzle to go to this location"
You have all the pieces, but you don't know you have all the pieces. I thought there might be something you need to do with either of the 3 types of items you collect, but how can I know which one?
I was getting frustrated and decided to check things, with only one blocked location, I assumed that maybe this was a mistake. I took a peek and saw nothing suspicious at all.
After finishing the game, I took a peek at last card and THEN saw the solution.
As a friendly constructive criticism, I say that in the future you should note how this was done in the official game.
If you have a lock\key sort of thing, don't just use a symbol on it, have an indication "you need a code to open this door" or "I wonder how I can open this".
The "key" card should contain the reference to the new area.
It just makes things so much clearer.
Potential spoilers in a final question we had:
Was there a hidden meaning behind the zodiac signs?
Thanks for your help!
