Description
Hi!

New model. Asset based on building of KFC restaurant, located inside boulevard on intersection of Tamanskaya and Stavropolskaya streets, Krasnodar, Russia. I don't know what else to write. The usual KFC is no different from the others.

In game:
With RICO: low-level commercial building; 15 workplaces.
With no RICO: unique building with default parameters.

далеко не впервые. Вроде в году так 2007, если не раньше, начали открываться под брендом Ростикс. Конкретно этот открывался вроде в 2012, сразу под брендом КФС. Я как раз квартиру снимал не подалеку от него тогда.

Братан, обязательно сделай парк Галицкого. Пусть у тебя уйдёт на это гораздо больше времени, чем на KFC, но оно того стоит. Этот парк вместе со стадионом должен быть в игре

3886 tris is a lot. I notice in the 3D model view there are a LOT of unnecessary backfaces rendered.

@Zitto☣ It's commercial buuilding with workplaces if you are using RICO mod.
Without RICO mod it's unique building without workplaces.
