Spectator Mode II

Warning: This mod is not compatible with AI General II. You will have to choose one or the other.

First things first, all credit for this mod goes to Hambango[]who created this. I uploaded it here with his permission to publish and maintain it.

One of the highest rated mods for Total War: Warhammer returns! This mod adds a Spectator Mode for the times you feel that you've had enough with micro-managing your army and just want to lay back and watch the carnage unfold.

How it works

All you have to do is hit Shift + F9 at the same time on the deployment phase or during the battle. This triggers a pop-up window showing the advisor. You can now toggle between the following modes by pressing Shift + F9:

- Spectator Mode
The AI fully controls your army (shortcut: Shift + F10)
- Lord Mode
You only control your Lord, while the AI controls the rest of your army (shortcut: Shift + F11)
- Reinforcement Mode
You control your army, while the AI takes over the reinforcements and summoned units (shortcut: Shift + F12)
- AI Off
You fully control all your armies (shortcut: assign a key to "Save Camera Bookmark 5")

Additional function - Turn Unit Responses On/Off
Useful when your units get stuck in an audio loop. To use this function you must first assign a key to "Save Camera Bookmark 6"

Things to notice

- The hotkeys (Shift + F9/F10/F11/F12) replace the bookmark locations 1-4 in keybindings section. You can change them freely though. For more explanation on the controls, please refer to this thread.

- Spectator Mode works both in Campaign and Custom battles. It does not work in quest and intro battles.

@Decomposed Just wanted to say first and foremost, i love the mod. Really turns the game into quite a cinematic experience if one so chooses. That said, I wonder if there was any plan to improve the AI that takes over for the player? It does move all the units at the same time but always seems to make very inferior decisions to the game AI. This is worst exaggerated in sieges where i seem to usually end up with most of my army/lords pacing in front of the wall taking tower fire, while only a small portion of my army actually attempts to take the walls.

I don't know how possible this is, but i think it would do alot for the mod!

@Decomposed Do you have any plans to put this up in the Three Kingdoms workshop, seeing as it does still work as it is, but only for the entire army?...I'd put it up myself with credit to you and Hambango, but I wouldn't have a clue how to update it if it eventually became necessary to do so...

Yes it still works on 3K, but only with the full army as far as I can see...None of the other options are available...

Does it still work for Three Kingdoms? I just tried it following the steps below and nothing happened when pressing the desired hotkey commands.
